MICHELE BARNES

I am a former restaurant owner who made the decision for a major career change after birthing two beautiful boys.  I left the busy, bustling world of restaurant ownership to pursue my passion for photography.  Becoming a mother completely changed me - in unexpected ways - and over the course of my time as a parent, I have grown to appreciate the story of motherhood and how it unfolds differently for each woman.

My goal is to be supportive and encouraging to mothers.  I have taken my love of mothers and my passion for photography and combined them to create MLB Photography.

Being present for women during birthing, breastfeeding, and the newborn stage is an honor I cherish.  Whether I'm invited into the birthing room or coming to your home to capture some sweet moments with your new squish, I am eager to capture the moments you will treasure for years to come.  I love to take on challenges, I am eager to learn new techniques, and I want to realize your vision for our time together.

But I don't stop at babies!  I have a toddler of my own, and always enjoy the antics that arise when families gather in front of the camera.  My full offerings include: maternity, birth, newborn, first year (package), families, and head shots.
